On Monday 10 October Nooteboom Trailer Service has opened their first Service Centre in Germany. Nooteboom Trailer Service GmbH is located in the province of North Rhine-Westphalia, just off the A40 and A43 motorway junction, exit Bochum/Harpen.

The latest Nooteboom PX2 low-loader on 245 tyres has an extremely low axle assembly. The use of 245 tyres means the axle assembly is approx.10 cm lower than on a low-loader with 285 tyres.

Steil Kranarbeiten from Trier in Germany has recently expanded their fleet quite considerably with the addition of several vehicles, including a 7-axle MCO-PX semi low-loader and two 5-axle Telestep Ballasttrailers. Steil Kranarbeiten has various branches in Germany, France and Luxembourg and the Steilgroep offer a wide range of services: specialised crane services, special transport, recovery and towing, access platform and forklift truck hire.
