 Delivery costs
The Shop articles ordered by you, if in stock, are dispatched to you within 2 working days. From now on you need to have an email address to order articles from our new Web Shop. We will use it to inform you quickly and efficiently about the status of your order. All orders going abroad will be sent by TNT. By January at the latest you will automatically receive a ‘track & trace-number’ to follow the status of your order. Orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands are for now dispatched via the regular delivery method. In the order confirmation you will also find a telephone number for you to ring if you have any questions about the delivery.
Tariff delivery costs
The delivery costs depend on the country where you live. In principle there are three basic tariffs of EUR 7,95 or EUR 16,95 or EUR 26,95 depending on the country. You’ll find an overview of the delivery costs per country here.
Surcharge delivery costs
If you order 10 or more scale models in scale 1:50 or in scale 1:24 there will be a surcharge of EUR 20 over and above the standard delivery costs. For every additional 10 items there will be an extra charge of EUR 20. In order to improve the delivery of your orders the logistical process has been contracted out to a specialist company. For you this means that your order will be dispatched to you within two working days.
Payment methods
Shop articles ordered online must from now on be paid for online via iDeal or by credit card (VISA/EURO-MASTERCARD). If you use this payment method we will dispatch your order to you within 48 hours. You will receive an invoice by email for all your orders.
 Creditcard
On our site you can pay VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS and EUROCARD/MASTERCARD. Your payment is dealt with on the OGONE site, where your details are verified and your payment request is processed. Your credit card details are NOT stored. When your payment has been accepted you will automatically return to the Nooteboom site. You can find further information on the website of OGONE.
iDeal
If you have a Dutch bank account you can also pay via iDeal! The iDeal payments are processed via OGONE.
Exemption BTW (VAT)
For our fans in some countries outside the Netherlands we can offer the Nooteboom Shop articles without charging the 19% VAT. The countries where we can offer the articles without charging VAT are listed on the new website under “payment and delivery”. When entering your billing and delivery address, the VAT-exemption will automatically be taken into account. Be aware that you may have to pay import duty and VAT in your own country.
Shop
You can also buy your shop articles in the Nooteboom shop in Wijchen. Here you can pay in cash, with a payment card or credit card.

The shop articles you ordered will be dispatched, if in stock, within 5 working days. Postage & packaging costs are for some EU countries EUR 7,95 EUR, EUR 16,95 for rest of Europe and EUR 26,95 outside Europe. For orders of 10 to 20 scale models in scale 1:50, there is an extra postage charge of EUR 20. The postage charge will increase by EUR 20 for every additional 10 scale models.
